All items listed on the website are available in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.

Once your order is submitted through the website, it is considered final and confirmed. You will not receive a separate confirmation message — the order will be prepared for delivery as soon as possible.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Jordan. Delivery fees depend on your location and will be shown or shared before completing the order.

Once your order is handed to the delivery company, you may receive a call or message to confirm your address or coordinate delivery.

Please make sure to respond promptly to avoid delays or cancellations.

Orders are processed and handed over to the delivery company within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time depends on the delivery service, but it usually takes 1–2 business days.

You can track or follow up on your delivery directly with the courier once it's out for delivery.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by messaging us on Instagram or Facebook.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order as it could already be processed or shipped.

At this time, we do not officially accept custom orders. If you have a special request, feel free to message us on Instagram or Facebook, and we'll let you know if it's possible.

When your order is delivered, you may check the item before accepting it.

If the product is not as expected or you're not satisfied, you can refuse the order and pay only the delivery fee to the courier. The item will be returned to us.

Once the item is accepted and paid for, the sale is considered final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted
